While at C&A Europe I was responsible for the complete restructure and rebranding of the Kids business including team set-up, all processes and design direction for the brand. Built Kids into the healthiest most consistent segment within C&A, capturing a key consumer that benefits the total apparel offer.

I led the transformation of Clockhouse, a younger brand targeting 15-25 year olds, from a long period of declining business to a high-performing brand by re-focusing the team with clear direction and guidance on the relentless pursuit of an accurate target consumer.

Recognised as most successful VP/GMM in more than 10 years, taking the Kids business to the largest share of business in decades and driving the most important consumer into the stores.

Orchestrated the move of the Kmart and Sears buying teams from Chicago to San Francisco ensuring no interruption of business and the hiring and placing of over 200 candidates

Gymboree

Directed the successful turnaround of Gymboree. driving three consecutive years of double digit growth but maintaining the strength of the Girls business while re-directing the collection content in Boys, Baby and Nightwear to achieve highest ever sales figures.

Janie and Jack

Recruited to grow and develop this small niche luxury brand and direct its path as a newcomer with a distinct consumer target and place within the Kidswear market by using my learnings and experience growing the BabyGap brand for Gap inc.
